The National Constitutional Conference (NCC) has assured members of the public that the Draft Constitution as adopted by the Conference is now available on the websites of the National Assembly, Governance Secretariat under the Ministry of Justice, the National Constitutional Conference and the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation.
The absence of the documents on the websites was due to a technical challenge, which has since been overcome.
The Secretariat is aware that some members of the public have complained about the non-availability of the documents on the websites since the launch of the publication of the Draft Constitution on Tuesday June, 22nd, 2010 by the NCC Chairperson, Hon. Chifumu K. Banda, SC, M.P.
The Secretariat sincerely regrets any inconveniences caused.
