The National Constitutional Conference (NCC) has assured members of the public that the Draft Constitution as adopted by the Conference is now available on the websites of the National Assembly, Governance Secretariat under the Ministry of Justice, the National Constitutional Conference and the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation.

For the first time in Zambia’s Constitutional history, the public sector has been included in the Mung’omba Draft Constitution. It is important to note that the Mung’omba Draft Constitution which is under consideration by the National Constitutional Conference (NCC) has included a number of new proposals such as the code of ethics for public service workers as well as declaration of assets and conflict of interest among other provisions.
