This website has been specially designed to provide a two-way communication channel between stakeholders and the public on one hand and the NCC on the other. The website provides all the useful information on the NCC, a unique Constitution-making process that seeks to produce Zambia’s first ever people’s Constitution. The website has been created with technical assistance from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The National Constitutional Conference (NCC) was established under Act No. 19 of 2007, giving the process a legal buttress. This website provides downloadable detailed information on the NCC, its mandate, membership, Committees, news updates and verbatim reports for Committee meetings and Conference sittings.

Through this website, stakeholders and members of the public would be able to make their views and demands known through the ‘Have Your Say’ window which is found under Committee and Plenary menus.
