MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE: The Minister of Justice shall appoint members of the drafting committee in accordance with Part IV Section 16 of the NCC Act No. 119 of 2007.

14.2. TERMS OF REFERENCE

14.2.1 Provide drafting services to the Conference and its Committees

14.2.2 Conduct research into Constitutional matters as dertermined by the Conference and its Committees.
14.2.3 Provide legal advisory services on Constitutional matters.

14.2.4 Provide any other service refferred to it by the Conference.
